Firstly, the automotive industry is one of the core application areas for TPU base film. In the field of vehicle exterior protection, TPU paint protection film can be regarded as a "guardian for car paint". In the field of medical device packaging, sterile TPU base film can withstand ethylene oxide sterilization and features excellent barrier properties, effectively protecting medical devices from contamination during transportation and storage. It is characterized by a cytotoxicity level of 0 and non-sensitizing properties. This thin film material is wear-resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant, able to withstand erosion from various cleaning agents and disinfectants. This is particularly important for medical devices that require frequent cleaning and disinfection, ensuring the long service life, reliability, transparency and air permeability of the equipment.

In the textile and apparel industry, waterproof and breathable TPU base film can be used in the production of jackets, ski suits, outdoor shoe materials, and other products. It can block external rainwater penetration while timely discharging sweat generated by the human body, ensuring the comfort of outdoor clothing and providing durability that can withstand more than 50 washes.
